Returns policy
Based on the positive feedback we receive we know that you and your children as valued customers enjoy our top quality products at our down to earth prices. To help us achieve this we try to keep all of our production and running our costs at a minimum so we can offset a lower price to you. Due to this we are unable to accept any returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act or Fair Trading Act. So before you make that final mouse click at the checkout cast your eye over your order and make sure you are happy as once your order has been submitted it is too late!
Complete Kids Nutrition has made every effort to ensure we supply your family with a high quality product. We appreciate your honest feedback and comments. So if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products don't hesitate to contact us at
team@completekidsnutrition.com
Exchange Policy
We have made every effort to ensure our product descriptions are as detailed and as informative as possible. Our products have unique branding across the two ranges, which we hope helps to eliminate any confusion. So when ordering take your time and please choose carefully as we are unable to exchange any product once you’ve received your order. This does not apply If we have sent you the wrong item ( as this can happen occasionally as we are only human!) or where your request to exchange an item is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
If you think you have a genuine case for an exchange request then please contact us before sending your order back as it may get declined or returned to you. In all cases proof of purchase is required to get a exchange and products must be in original packaging and condition.
Consumers Guarantee Act 1993
The Consumers Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Complete Kids Nutrition Ltd. In the event goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty we have the right to repair, replace or refund you for the product.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act.
How to return a product
If you think you have a valid reason to return a product under the policies described above please contact us before sending your order back as the processes we use are different depending upon your situation. If you don’t contact us first it could delay your request or result in your claim being rejected. In all cases proof of purchase will be necessary to process your request.
Change to orders
Take your time when shopping online and make sure your order is correct before finalizing. Once your order has been submitted and payment has been accepted we cannot make any changes to it- this includes flavour, package size, product range, quantity and address details.
Out of stock and back-orders
While we do everything we can do to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to fulfil your order. If this should occur we will contact you and offer another flavour or size in the range, then either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund. Please note we cannot offer a back order or “rain check” facility.
